Ground Floor:
Upon entering you’ll find a welcoming hallway room leading to a comfortable living room/TV room with PlayStation and Netflix, a WC room and a children’s playroom, a separate work out room with Yoga matts, Peloton Bike and weights with stunning views of the garden and pool.

The bespoke open-plan kitchen and dining area is equipped with attractive cabinetry and seamlessly connects to the utility room, complete with a WC and shower room.

First Floor:
This level features two spacious double bedrooms, the master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. There is also a family bathroom and a large children’s bedroom which can accommodate 2 kids and an infant.

The entire top floor is dedicated to a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, an en-suite shower room and a WC.

Our Grade II listed 3-Bed, 2.5-Bath maisonette is a one-of-a-kind chapel conversion located within stunning grounds, historic buildings and greenery, our very own slice of the Wizarding World!

Although we have 2 parking spaces available, you will only be a 5-minute walk from a mainline train station (Watford Junction) where the “The Making of Harry Potter” Warner Brothers Studio Tour buses stop and a train that will take you express into London Euston!

We are only 25 minutes away from Luton Airport. Newly renovated in January 2023, you will find a smart TV, X-Box, fast broadband, work desk, underfloor heating, Wizarding World board games and books, a fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi bath and much more!

If you are looking for a magical place to stay, in a great location and lots of free amenities, you have found the right home.

The Space: We have three bedrooms:

  • The Master Bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath
  • Bedroom 2 has a canopy double bed with a work desk
  • Bedroom 3 offers a Daybed-Queen on the Mezzanine with its own reception room and WC.
  • In the hallway is the family bathroom with a walk-in shower.
  • Please let us know in advance if anyone in your party plans to sleep in Bedroom 3 (you are still welcome to use it as a recreation room if you do not plan on anyone sleeping there overnight)
